The U.S. Small Business Administration Mississippi District Office (SBA) invites you to Mississippi Gulf Coast - Meet the Lenders, a Small Business Borrower - Lender Match-Making Event. This event will provide small business owners and entrepreneurs the opportunity to meet with Banks, Microlenders, Alternative Lenders, and SBA to discuss the availability of SBA loans.

A one-stop forum for business owners and entrepreneurs to:

• Pitch financing needs to top small business lenders in one-on-one meetings
• Learn what lenders look for in a winning loan proposal
• Understand the loan application process  

 Come prepared with multiple copies of your business plan for distribution. SBA has a “Build a Business Plan” online tool that guides small business owners through creating a basic, downloadable business plan. Another great resource is the Mississippi Resource Partners Network. To locate your nearest counselor for assistance in preparing your business plan, click https://www.sba.gov/local-assistance. Representatives from the Resource Partners Network will be available for individual consultations. SBA’s Learning Center hosts a variety of self-paced online training courses to help entrepreneurs explore and learn about the many aspects of business ownership.                                         

On-site appointments will be made with Lenders. Arrive early to ensure you will receive slotted appointments.

Low-Interest Disaster Loan Assistance is available to businesses in Clark, George, Harrison, Jackson, Jasper, Jones, Lauderdale, Newton, Scott, Smith, Stone, and Wayne counties in Mississippi; and Mobile county in Alabama. Businesses and non-profit organizations located in any of these counties should speak to the SBA Disaster Representative at this event.
