The Krewe of Kids will celebrate its 46th annual Mardi Gras parade this year beginning on Saturday, Feb. 22. Although it was originally scheduled to begin at 11 a.m., the start time has been changed to 1 p.m. Krewe Captain Lisa Cowand announced that this year’s grand marshal will be Waveland Mayor Jay Trapani.
