The Literacy Lady's Learning Studio is a comprehensive educational resource center offering ACT test prep, dyslexia therapy & reading intervention, reading and math skills assessments, dyslexia evaluations, subject-area tutoring, summer programs, and teacher professional development. The Learning Studio is owned by Carva King, EdS, who is an ACT test prep expert, licensed dyslexia therapist, adolescent reading specialist, and founder of The Literacy Lady, LLC. In August 2024, the Learning Studio will launch a microschool program for students in grades 6th-8th. This will be a hybrid homeschool program for families seeking options for their children's schooling and will have a specific focus of meeting the needs of students who have not thrived in a traditional classroom setting. Carva is joined by a team of highly-qualified educators who provide services to supplement Carva's personal areas of expertise.
