Lyonie Joseph 'Jeep' Ladner, Sr. served Hancock County as District 1 Supervisor for two terms, and it was his leadership, vision, and dream that a pier be constructed in Clermont Harbor for the enjoyment and use of the citizens and future generations to enjoy our abundant natural resources.
