Join Junior Auxiliary and Ochsner Health for a morning of fun family fitness! The goal of KidFit is to demonstrate that exercise and healthy eating comes in many forms, and there is something for everyone to enjoy. We will have fitness demos with activities such as yoga, dance, martial arts and more. There will also be a 'Fuel Station' where children can sample different healthy snacks. We are looking forward to a morning of fellowship and fun! Meet us at the Ochsner Medical Center - Hancock Grounds at the playground near the walking track.
