Annual Hancock County First Responders Appreciation Crawfish Boil

Annual Hancock County First Responders Appreciation Crawfish Boil

Saturday, April 12, 2025 (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM) (CDT)

Description

Honoring our local heroes with a day of gratitude by providing free food and entertainment to their families.

First Responders are the backbone of emergency services for Hancock County. These individuals arrive at the crucial first moments of an emergency, providing critical assistance and often risking their own lives to save others. This exclusive event will honor the law enforcement offices (Hancock County Sheriff Dept, Bay St. Louis PD, Waveland PD, Diamondhead PD), E-911 dispatchers, Firefighters, Pafford Emergency Medical Services and associated volunteers.

Some of the first responders who will have to work during the event will also be recognized with to-go plates delivered by members of the Leadership Hancock Class of 2025, a program of the Hancock Chamber. We are also partnering with the Chamber’s non-profit, the Hancock County Community Development Foundation, as fiscal sponsor for this event to give you a tax-deductible opportunity for your donation.

Your generous donation will help cover event costs and ensure our first responders receive the recognition they deserve. Contributions can be monetary, goods, or services. Donors will receive recognition by donation level Tiers. Please see the attached for all the ways you can support and participate, and we certainly hope you will.

Your support makes a significant impact on our community.
