You are invited you to Bud & Burgers in the Bay, a competition that's all about finding the best burger in the region. This year the event is presented by the Silver Slipper Casino Hotel in partnership with the Krewe of Nereids Mermaids Arts & Crafts Show. This spectacular event is set to take place at the Historic Train Depot from 11am to 3pm.

The general public is invited to purchase tickets for unlimited burger tastings. The event is managed by the Hancock Chamber and proceeds benefit small business programs and a portion of the proceeds benefit the Food Pantry.

BUD & BURGERS IN THE BAY IS NOT JUST ANY BURGER COMPETITION: it promises a day filled with incredible experiences, including live music, and interactive exhibits.

Participating is easy, just go to www.hancockchamber.org to register online and find out all the details you need. Teams can compete for the title with an entry fee of $100. Additionally, we offer sponsorship opportunities ranging from $250 to $1,000, providing you with great visibility and involvement in this stellar event.

PRIZES AND RECOGNITION: A panel of esteemed judges will crown the best burgers, and the winners will receive prestigious prizes. But that's not all! The crowd's opinion matters, and the burger with the most votes will earn the People's Choice award. Let your creativity soar, as burgers with a space theme are the order of the day. THE ULTIMATE PRIZE OF THE DAY? Bragging rights! Take home the honor of being crowned as the team with the best burgers in town. People's Choice voting is $1 per vote for their favorite burger. Team Registration without sponsorship

Entry fee: $100

Each team will receive 4 admission tickets as part of the $100, each additional team member will need to buy admission.

Paper products will be provided, but teams are responsible for providing all other supplies, i.e. chosen burger ingredients, condiments, tent and table.
